Do You Have An Escape Plan

What would you do if confronted by an attacker?  The reality is that 5 in 6 people will be victims of either completed or attempted violent crimes at least once in their life (Koppel 1987).  An estimated 1,417,745 violent crimes occurred nationwide in 2006.  When crime data from 2006 was compared to 2005, the volume of violent crime increase nearly 2 percent.

Escape Plan has created no-nonsense programs that successfully address real life situations with effective solutions for corporations, organizations and groups.  Many hours have been spent extensively researching how the body and mind are affected psychologically and physiologically when confronted with the perception or reality of a dangerous situation.  This research validates that the techniques needed should be based on gross motor skills.

Our “Protective Thinking” program educates and trains on the importance of being aware of your surroundings, preparedness thinking and specific gross motor skills.   The program is a three part series consisting of ProActive, ReActive and Ground Survival.

Escape Plan is focused on building partnerships with corporations and organizations because homicide is the leading cause of death for women in the workplace.  Escape Plan will customize a program to meet your organizational needs such as; time frame, company size and budgetary concerns.  We will create a unique training program,  classroom education and/or hands on training, related directly to the dangers and challenges of your industry.
